As you are aware that the broadcasters had issued notices under 15th February to various cable registries to sign the agreement by NTO’s effort. However, some cable operators opposed this. Due to this, the Broadcasters switched off connections to leading cable TV platforms.
People in the country are not able to watch their favorite Pay-TV Channels on Cable TV. Some of these favorite TV channels are –

Why are pay TV channels not coming? ,
Broadcasters have switched off the signals of cable connections that have not signed a new agreement with the grant of certificates under the New Tariff Order (NTO).
What is the reason? ,
The broadcasters were issued notices on February 15 by the regional archives to Cable Lunge/Multi System for signing the new Reference Interconnect Preference (RIO) for the New Tariff Order (NTO) 3.0.
According to media reports, All India Digital Cable Federation (AIDCF), the apex body of digital cable television, has not signed the contract as according to them, their cost will increase from 25 percent to 35 percent due to this contract.
So if popular pay TV channels are not playing on your cable TV then this could also be the reason.
You should wait for a few days, one way or the other will surely emerge.
But the free-to-air TV channels are coming as usual. it’s nothing to worry about
