How to Install New Frequencies in SOLID SD-39 and Other MPEG-2 Set-Top Boxes?

If you have a Solid Brand SD-39 or other MPEG-2 Set-Top Box then we are giving you simple instructions for scanning/tuning your set-top box by Blind Scan / Auto Scan to receive all channels automatically with new frequencies. You can also follow these steps for dd free dish frequency MPEG-2.

Press >> Menu >> TV Channel List >> Delete All Channels

After Delete your current channels, Press >> Menu again from Remote, Now go to “Program Setup” and Press “OK”

Now you will see the “Program Setup” window… Now go to “Auto Scan”

When you press >>”OK” on “Auto Scan” then you will see this “Auto Scan Window Now go to “Antenna Setup” and Press “OK”

In “Antenna Setup” Please change your settings according to the above picture. and Press “Exit” from the remote to save this setting.

Now again you will see “Auto Scan” window and go to “Search” options and select “Free” and Press “OK” button from set-top box remote.

Now you will see the “Auto Scan” window with Auto-Tune Progress bar… Wait for 1-2 minutes to save all channels.

For Other Set-Top Boxes : (Updated on 03-02-2016)

Auto Scan Frequency, Auto Scan LBN Setting in MPEG-2, Blind scan LNB frequency in MP2 Box, 22k setting in MPEG2 Set-Top Box

If you do not have Antenna Settings then follow these steps. You can change LNB Freq:09750-10600 or 05150-05150. You can try both.

After filling above LNB frequencies, Press >> OK Now you will see the above window …. Wait for 2-3 minutes
