In such a situation, the government is trying to take care of all the people. In the same series, MHRD has now decided to run free TV channels for classes from class 1 to class 12.
What is the outline –
The government will now launch a new TV channel for every class, such as only topics related to that class will be broadcast on a particular regional TV channel. Which will be telecast live and repeat telecast will also be done later. Meaning once you do not understand, there will be an option to look again. That is, if your child is between class 1 to 12, then he will study on TV.
These channels will be launched under the PM e-VIDYA initiative in progress to #Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan. As far as the curriculum is concerned, Sitharaman said that the government will launch a new National Curriculum and Pedagogical framework.
These channels will be available for free on your DTH and cable TV platforms.
However, MHRD is already broadcasting 50 educational TV channels on DD Freedish DTH, which are already broadcasting live classes and tuition from different-different universities. These classes are based on Mathematics, Science, Biology, Chemistry, Economics, History, Computer Science, etc.
In total, in India, now classes 1 to 12 will also be studied through TV channels, where previously only the well-known universities were studying or classes.
