Solid SF-720Eco Digital satellite finder is a simple and convenient instrument to install and adjust a satellite dish antenna or any DTH service antenna.  It can easily and correctly help you to find the received satellite signal by inputting corresponding satellite parameters, such as LO frequency of LNB, Down frequency, symbol rate, etc,

Panel Buttons –

Menu: Directly go to the main menu

Exit: Press this button to step back, or cancel the current parameter modifying

OK: to enter a submenu or save a new setting after adjustment; press it to enter the parameter setting

Cursor Buttons: Move the cursor up/down/left/right, Page up/down, and change the parameter settings.

Spec: enter the spectrum analyzer menu

Mute: Press the key to turn the sound off/on

FINDER: enter the finder menu

Light: Turn on/off the LED light

Operation and management – How does it work?

Press the power switch button, the finder power on, and enter the directly main menu on the screen.

  1. Satellites management

Highlight Sat Manage item, and press the OK button to enter the sub-menu. In this menu, you can add, modify or delete the satellites.

    2. How to Add a new satellite name in SF-720Eco Sat Finder?

(1) Highlight and enter the Add Satellite menu. In the Sat Name option, you can enter the satellite name by pressing the OK button and then selecting the characters with the Up/Down keys and confirming by pressing the OK button. Other options can

(2). After setting the parameters, press the MENU button to exit, and select YES on the prompt interface to save and exit.

(1) Enter the satellite editing menu via Edit Satellite

(2) After changing the satellite settings by the up, down, left and right keys, press the Menu button to exit. Then select YES on the prompt interface to save and exit.

(1) Enter the delete satellite menu via Delete Satellite

(2) select the satellite you want to delete, press Ok

(3) Select YES on the prompt screen to delete the satellite

  5. How to add/update a new frequency in SOLID SF-720Eco Digital Sat Finder?

Press the MENU button to enter the main menu, and select and press the OK button to enter the TP manage options, as below.

Add TP / Add Frequency –

(1) After entering the TP Manage option, select and enter Add Transponder frequency

(2) Then select the satellite that needs to increase TP and press OK to enter

(3) After pressing the OK button, you can change the value of Frequency or Symbol Rate by pressing the up and down keys, then press the OK button to end; press the left and right buttons to change the Polarity setting.

(4) After setting the parameters, press the Menu button to exit, and select YES on the prompt interface to save and exit.

Edit TP list

(1) Select Edit Transponder in TP Manage and press OK to enter

(2) Select the satellite you want to edit TP and press OK to enter.

(3) Select the TP you want to edit.

(4) After pressing the OK button, you can change the value of Frequency or Symbol Rate by pressing the up and down keys and then press the OK button to end; press the left and right buttons to change the Polarity setting.

(5) After setting the parameters, press the Menu button to exit, and select YES, on the prompt interface to save and exit.

Delete TP

(1) Highlight the Delete Transponder

(2) Select the satellite you want to delete TP and press OK to enter

(3) Select the TP you want to delete, then press the Menu button

(4) Select YES on the prompt interface to save and exit.

Sat Set

Highlight Sat set item, and press the OK button to enter the sub-menu in the Sat Set menu, you can set LNB, TP, DiSEqC, LNB power, etc.

Signal Scan

Highlight the Signal Scan item and press the OK button to enter the sub-menu.

  1. in the Signal Scan menu, you can change the settings by pressing the left or right button in the LNB, 22K option; selecting the TP parameter in the Fr option; modifying the DiSEC1.0 setting in the 10 option, and modifying the DiSEC1.1 setting in the 11 option.
  2. Press the OK button at the SAT item to enter the signal bar amplification menu, and press the EXIT button to exit the zoom status.

Tools –

In this menu, you can enter the satellite longitude and local latitude and longitude to calculate the azimuth, elevation, and polarization angle of the satellite antenna.

System Set

In this menu you can change the language settings, buzzer on/off, LED light on/off and set local latitude and longitude, restore default settings, and view version information.

Spectrum

Press the SPEC button on the main menu interface to test the spectrum.

Press the left and right buttons to move the frequency center point, and press the up and down keys to display the higher amplitude.

Software update & data backup

Copy the application finder.bin or data DB file to the USB. In the off status, insert the USB, while pressing the down arrow key, turn on the power switch. When the following interface appears, release the direction down button.

How to upgrade SOLID SF-720Eco Sat-finder –

(1) Press the down arrow key to upgrade the application software

(2) Press the left arrow key to upgrade the date

(3) Right-click to back up the date.
