3 New transponder frequencies added on GSAT 15-2017

DD FREEDISH is a free dth service ,by the prasar bharti a branch responsible for media broadcasts.DD recently upgraded its transponder capacity by launching a new sattellite the GSAT 15.It currently runs 9 transponders with total channels  counting to around  128 tv channels with frequencies

DD fredish started testing its 3 new frequencies  with 30k SR(symbol rate) listed as

11470/horizontal/30000

11510/horizontal/30000

11590/horizontal/30000

Currently there are no channels added in these transmitted frequencies.These are currently in testing purpose.As per now  there is no information if these channels will be added to the fta list or be included in the i-cas category.

As per the current trend DD freedish is trying to get a strong hold in the free dth field to maximise its generated income from commercial ads.
