This means that as soon as the joint venture of Disney and Reliance officially announces the new OTT platform, we will get all the content of Disney along with Marvel, Pixer, Warner Bros, HBO, and Colors all in one place. So soon we will know whether the name of India’s biggest OTT platform is Jio Hotstar or Jio Star.
So Jio Star may be launched this Valentine’s Day, 14th February 2025. We know that Disney+ Hotstar and Viacom 18 already merged, so now the final join application is waiting to launch.
